Do you think that interfaces is going to be more complex and have more functionality for some people and for other people, technophobes, it will remain simple and with less functionality? Or after 10-20 years there will be no technophobes at all and all interfaces will be complex?

I think our generation will change the way that people come to understand and use computers. Many in our age group have had computers or access to computers for much of our lives, especially in schools. Because of this, I think eventually the number of “technophobes” will diminish over the next several years. I do think, though, that ease of use will remain an important aspect of personal computing, especially in the area of interface design.
